I only went in to try some dresses on n when I got there, the dresses wer absolutely beautiful. The lady that served me and found dresses that suited my budget was absolutely lovely n very very helpful. I ended up buying a dress that day n love it. Can't wait to wear in on our wedding day. Elite bridal shop is by far the best n friendliest wedding dress shop I have ever been in. We had a cup of tea on arrival n I can't thank the lady who helped me find my dream dress enough. She was a lively lady n nothing was too much trouble. They were extremely busy that day but they made sure everybody was comfortable n looked after us all. This place is fantastic for dresses, but NOT ALTERATIONS! I would highly recommend this place to anybody as the selection of dresses is fabulous, however when it came to the alterations they were just ridiculous and over half the amount I paid for my dresses. Luckily I’ve managed to find another seamstress who was absolutely appalled at how much elite were going to charge me! After a stressful experience of finding out how much my alterations would cost I found staff quite pushy, thank god I got my money back! More...

Thankyou SO much to Bex in Huddersfield for helping me find the perfect dress! Unlike other places i had been, she listened to what i wanted and made suggestions based on that, and picked out the perfect dress for me to try! With 5 weeks to go i wasn't convinced i would get anything in time but the choice at Elite meant there were actually a couple that i had to decide between as i loved them both! Bex is so friendly and down to earth, which is exactly what i was looking for, but also so knowledgable! I'm not a "dress" person so didnt want anything over the top or overly complicated, but still wanted a white dress of some sort - well we got there in less than two hours, doing a complete U-turn and going for something completely the opposite to what i thought i wanted! We bought my daughters dream dress from Elite Castleford last year for her wedding on the 24th August this year, after a couple of months of getting the dress she found she was having a baby hence the dress no longer fits. (6 weeks to go). Elite you have been amazing!!! We have been back today and iv now got one happy daughter, they have changed the dress and made her feel special again.
