Marie and Kellie were awesome! We had booked a couples massage with an oceanfront location, but unfortunately the rain and wind were too strong that day. But not to worry, they were quick to keep us informed all day about the weather conditions, and they had us come to the studio for our session. The studio was tucked away, and very relaxing. On top of great customer service, the massage was AMAZING! My partner and I were able to express what we were looking for in our massages, and even though we had different preferences, our high hopes were met. We left feeling rejuvenated after many days of hiking and kayaking. It was just what we needed to conclude our trip. I highly recommend Elevate Wellness & Bodywork when visiting beautiful Kauai. I have had many massages within the past 13 years of my life and I have to say that even though those were great, nothing compares to my experiences that I receive from Angela with Elevate Wellness. She truly is a miracle worker. I had gone camping less than 2 weeks ago and woke up with a stiff neck. I had tried my best to get rid of it and with no success, still had my stiff neck for a week. I contacted Angela and she was able to fit me in for a 90 min which I highly recommend if you want to get the whole full body experience. I had my massage in this cute little cabin like bungalow which is oceanfront. The sound of the ocean and the cool ocean breeze made my experience so much greater. I got up from my massage being able to rotate my head in a full circle and left to right with no problems. She had also loosened up a lot of tight areas in my lower back as well and I feel as if I had no body issues at all. I love how she explains what she does and how I can take care of my body to prevent injury. I highly recommend Elevate Wellness. Massage is a service that I am very picky about, I’ve had experiences that were good, some ok, and one that was horrible. Angela with Elevate Wellness is great !! I felt so renewed after my first session, you can tell she has been perfecting her practice for some time now by the way that she spoke as well as the way she works the muscles and body. She integrated stretches to elongate, and just the right amount of pressure to help me release tension I’ve been carrying for a while. My husband Leon and I had a marvelous couples massage on the beach in the city of Kapaa on July 6, 2016. From start to finish, my massage with Angela was an epic experience. She warmly greeted me at the beautiful Oceanside Kumu Camp from the massage cabana, situated in the sand, overlooking the water. Amongst the tall trees, rolling waves, private location, and Angela’s welcoming Presence, I was immediately at ease and provided a feeling of deep relaxation. The scenery is absolutely stunning.

Before the massage began, Angela asked specific questions regarding my body/present state of being, areas I wanted to focus on during the massage, and pressure preference. Angela is very attentive to detail and checked in often during the massage, regarding pressure and to see how I was doing. Hands down, this was one of the best massages I have ever received. Angela focused on every area we discussed and brought much needed relief to my entire body. She worked magic in areas of chronic tension and pain, bringing ease and vibrancy to my whole being. I can still feel the positive effects of her massage a week later.

I have been curious for years about acupuncture but have never booked a session until last week with Laura. I went in seeking relief from really sore surfing muscles. The session started with her massaging tight muscles to try and soften the muscles up before the needles went in. Also she did a little bit of cupping like what the US olympic swim team used for treatment. After cupping she used an E-stim technique similar to want they use for physical therapy. Then came the needles which really wasn't too bad. There were some sensitive spots but the majority of the needles went in with no pain. One of my favorite parts of the session was the tuning fork treatment which sends sound waves through the body. The tuning forks were very relaxing. After tuning forks came the moxa therapy which added a nice heat sensation to where the needles were located. Overall it was so worth it. Two days later all my soreness was gone and I felt really loose. I also felt like a had more paddling stamina while surfing after my session. Would recommend to anyone and can't wait to go back for another session. More...

My massage with Tracy was everything I needed and more! She is a very sweet person with a blend of a loving touch and strength to work into some of my body’s deep tissue issues. She knows the body very well and asked me if I wore high heels when she started working on my feet! I was busted! Haha
Her massage relieved major tension in my neck and shoulders and relieved me of pain I’ve been experiencing for months. She found areas that needed attention and stayed very present on her work while remaining tuned into my needs as well.
It was a very thorough massage. I left feeling happier, mellow, completely relaxed and had much more mobility in my shoulders.

I recommend. I received a lomi lomi massage from Larissa, it was wonderful. I've not gotten a professional massage in years and it was just what I needed. I'm a naturally nervous person, I felt completely calm the entire hour though. The sheets were clean, the price was very fair and I felt amazing. At half the price of most Kauai couple massage on island, we were incredible happy with our service. Why travel to a sub par therapist when you can have the best therapists on island come to you? They also have beach side option and office if you are looking to get away from the resort.Its hard to believe we could have found better therapist for our needs anywhere on island.
