Q&A

I think what I love most is when the "light bulb comes on" for clients. When they see their circumstances in a new light or when they have a realization that forever changes their outlook and outcomes for their life. It is truly rewarding to help people.

Elevate is unique in that our therapist are integrative in their counseling approach. What this means is we do not prescribe to only one method or modality of counseling theory. We see value in the different methods and techniques used by counselors and we are equipped to utilize them based on who is sitting in front of us. So rather than asking you to fit in our "box" (method of counseling) that we adhere to we adapt counseling and use different techniques based on who you are has an individual. We make ourselves fit into your box so to speak.
