They did a great job of explaining the whole process and ensuring that all of the things that usually put us off redesigning a website were sorted! This was the second website that I have asked them to build for my company, Trainer Bubble, which shows how much faith I have in them and their service. We are an internet only business and our website is the entire 'face' of our business, so having a site that both looks and works professionally is a must. Eldo have nailed it every time.They are very considerate to your needs and will design to your specification, but aren't scared to chirp in with observations and good ideas where they think they can improve things. Aside from the 'build' stage, what always impresses me most is the after care and support. I've been with Eldo Web Design for many years, then I got talked into handing my website 'new build' over to a local marketing company when they were taking over my online marketing,
They promised me a site that would suit their marketing activities better.
It was horrendous.

Having a small personal business that was ticking along nicely with a basic website worked fine for a while, but when I wanted to up the stakes a little (ie take my business seriously! ) I wanted a website designer that would be able to 'get' my vision of how to portray my services rather than go with the normal kind of design that is used in my field of business.

I knew little to nothing about web design when I hired Scott and Eldo Web Design to design my website. He explained how the process works clearly and concisely. I felt comfortable with him right off the bat and he made the whole process painless and easy for me. I gave him a brief as to what my site was all about and he nailed it on the head with his design. I made very little changes. It was perfect. It's been a little over a year now and I still love the design and functionality. I've had zero problems with the site during or since. Scott did a fantastic job on recreating my website. He developed a very effective navigation system relating all the relevant pages with each other creating a really user friendly user experience. He allowed me to be involved in the development the whole way though and responded to questions and requests very quickly.
