I am very pleased to say that I would highly recommend this company. From start to finish they were extremely helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. They picked up 2 of my rugs for cleaning but were concerned about the material of one and contacted me to let me know. They changed there price accordingly and delivered my rugs back within 10 days.

Holy shite. I just, can't. WOW. Melissa has just left and I'm already plotting to dirty my settee just to get her back in here! Customer service was beyond exceptional. We laughed and laughed from the moment she stepped foot through the door! What a character. If anyone's having any doubts about her exceptional service, don't! She's by far a 10 star service! I've just moved into a rented apartment which needed a little TLC after the previous tenant. I chose Edwards Jeffery for the job based on the reviews on here, and I'm really glad I did.

I had to rearrange the appointment and Dave was really understanding and booked me in at short notice. When they arrived, Dave and the team did a really thorough job, spot treating individual problem areas before systematically cleaning the entire room. The equipment they used was top notch - these are definitely professionals! There were some large items of furniture which they needed to work round, however this was not too much trouble and they took care of the entire thing.

The carpets throughout the apartment now look so much better than before, and I can walk round barefoot without worrying about what horrors might be lurking! The price was very reasonable considering the amount of time they put into the job and the quality of the job. Other companies will probably try and undercut them, but I'm confident the result won't be the same.

Adam has just left after doing our lounge, stairs and hallway, and if I hadn't watched him clean the carpets I would of thought he was just really quick at laying new ones! Our carpets were in a hell of a state, around 8 years of pets, kids and parties had certainly taken its toll. I was sceptical that they could ever be recovered but am genuinely amazed and can not recommend this service highly enough! �

I own a car repair garage, have 3 children and 4 dogs...and my carpet through out the house is cream... As you can imagine the carpets end up grotty extremely quickly. ..
