I acquired a fairly sizeable house in Llanybydder which needed full renovation and complete overhaul and re-wire of the electrics. i contacted Nick, and found his approach to be fair and reasonable, and although as the job was quite big and took longer than i wanted, i am very pleased with the end result. Just moved to the area and we feel we struck it lucky in finding Nick at Edwards Electrics. Cannot rate the service and his work highly enough! Nick was friendly, efficient and took time to discuss our needs thoroughly, carefully explaining all our options. First he surveyed our current electrical supply from a safety standpoint, then discussed our safety and security concerns. Great quote, extremely reasonably priced. Upon returning to carry out the works - security floodlights, cctv installation, and making our current supply safe - he worked solidly all day to get the job done to a very high standard. He was cheerful, tidy and very tolerant of our crazy dog who took a real shine to him. We will be calling on Nick again soon to undertake further work at our home. We moved into a house which required an number of remedial jobs to be carried out to make the electrics safe and we got Nick from Edwards Electrics in help us out. He didn't insist that we needed a full rewire, as other's had, but instead took a very pragmatic approach and offered advice on what jobs were urgent and which could be delayed. The electrician (Nick) was very efficient and reliable, when he said he would be around to quote and then do the job he arrived as he advised he would, if he was running late he would phone to let us know. On the day of installation Nick was thorough with his preliminary checks and completed the job within the timescale he’d advised at quotation. Nick at Edwards Electrics is very thorough at his job. I requested a fixed quote which entailed that he supply and fit some outside led lights for the house and remove all electrical fittings from my conservatory. This lead to some unexpected minor challenges which Nick investigated and sorted out - No problem! He arrives on time, does not charge call out and gets on and does the job efficiently. He explains things in a very easy to understand manner and how he will approach the task in hand. You know, you are in safe hands and can leave Nick to it.
