What’s your signature dish?
We have many dishes that delight many. Our favorite simplistic dish would be anything grilled or roasted and served on a creative salad. Pork tenderloin, filet tenderloin, shrimp or salmon. So delicious.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Most importantly. We listen. Listen to the clients needs, wants, expectations and budget.
What do you love most about your job?
I personally love what I do. And I do what I love. Making clients happy through food and creative design is my passion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve been in business since I was 18. In one facet of the hospitality industry or another. My dad inspired me to follow my dreams. They do come true!!
