What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Time and experience. You can sum up the quality of some artist by the time invested in their craft. Photography has and will always be a learning process, and you have to fail.... A LOT! Once you lose enough of your favorite photos from shoots, you learn a trick or two.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
In the best detail possible, what do you see in the perfect end product? What are you looking to accomplish with this project?
What do you love most about your job?
Putting on the headphones or cranking up the speaker placing myself in my own bubble with my only concern being the camera and the next shot...
What inspired you to start your own business?
It’s the proper way legally to accept money for photos.. haha. I have always sold prints or shoots since high school, so it was more of a legitimizing step for me.
Why should our clients choose you?
Mainly because it’s something in my work they don’t see elsewhere, and I take serious pride in not being another cookie cutter photographer. I prefer not to alter my photos, so every image is a high quality representation of the subject as is.
