Don't trust this company. Their engineers are not professional and don't know how to fix the boiler simple leaking problem. All they know is asking for more money without resolving existing problems. If you want to ask them to sort out, then they ask you to pay them more, you need to pay first, they work after. Also they will not guarantee any work they did and no promises at all. Moreover, their engineers will make it unclean and untidy. They left the rubbish and tools behind. They loosened the radiator pipe without tighten back. It was terrible. More...

I arranged for engineer to service my boiler and filter system. When arranging the service with the staff in the the office I explained what I wanted done to comply with the Worcester warranty. The engineer came and it was obvious he did not want to do service, he said he did not service boiler filter systems, he said of suppose problems with them after servicing them. So I did not have the servicing done. I give this company zero rating. More...

I rate Ecowarmth very highly, using their service for both my home and business premises. I have a service contract with them for both premises so have annual service on 4 boilers and 4 fires. I always get a reminder when service due and in an emergency they have always been most helpful, polite, punctual and ALWAYS clean up after themselves - a bonus!
