We attended puppy classes tonight. We don’t normally do reviews, but this was way beyond our expectations. We realised we had been doing things completely wrong, but Zoe made us feel so welcome and comfortable even though we think we have done things wrong until now. There was no judgement, just great advice and a really supportive way about things. Zoe even took the time to help us understand about feeding, walking times and a few other tips. Bonnie, our St Bernard, was groomed by Lauren, Jo's new dog groomer. Great job and at a good price. Lauren did exactly want we wanted. .brush, bath, nails, tidy pads, get rid of tangles, hygiene channel etc. She used a sensitive shampoo as Bon as skin issues. We have been using East Anglian Dog Training services for two and a half years now and are extremely happy with all they have to offer. Our oldest Labrador has been to training classes and also agility, both of which she enjoyed as the classes are made to be lots of fun and are great for socialising your dog (they particularly enjoy playtime). The trainers carefully match the dogs with their playmates to make sure they are happy and comfortable with their canine friends. Our puppy has just started her training too. We always use the dog boarding service when we are away as we are happy in the knowledge that they are living in an environment that they are really comfortable with, and with Jo who they are really fond of. This means we can go away and enjoy our holiday without worrying about them, knowing that they are well cared for, will have lots of exercise, and lots of fun. They always come home very happy and very tired! We also use the Doggy Daycare facility which has been great and intend to use the dog walking service in the future. All in all Jo and her team provide every service we could possibly need and do so in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. We have been attending classes with EADT for 2 years now and can't recommend them enough! It has been great for our dog Cooper's socialisation and training needs. We've been taking our dog to EADTs agility class for almost 2 years. We decided we needed more mental and physical stimulation for him, and EADTs classes were perfect for us because they are all about having fun with our dog and not taking it too seriously. The team are lovely and will discuss other training issues in conversation when we have needed it. Our dog used to be a crazy boy who would destroy everything, but now he is getting extra stimulation he is much calmer and better behaved. More...

I don't think I can speak highly enough of the entire team at EADT. My wife & I first had a 1-2-1 session with Jo, then decided to put our boy into their puppy classes, 'graduating' into the advance class and now at 16 months of age he's started to fly around the agility course which he loves. All of these have seen our dog go from an immature puppy to a well behaved intelligent dog. However, there were some severe teenage years in between which without the EADT team we wouldn't be where we are now. Their daycare and boarding services have also been a godsend, which combined with their accommodating nature, have helped us out on countless occasions and has also done wonders for our dog who gets to socialise with all types of other dogs for 8 or so hours each time he's there. We've used pretty much all of EADT's services and come into contact with all their staff and I can't find fault in any of them. I go to the Rattlesden class with my puppy, his confidence has grown so much since going and has learnt so much. He loves socialising with the other dogs and the attention he gets from the ladies who run the group. I would highly recommend the classes. I cannot recommend Jo and her team highly enough. We have used all of the services from a one-one puppy socialisation session, weekly dog training classes and day care and boarding. In all aspects the service has been professional - everyone is knowledgeable and reliable but they are also friendly and kind too. Henry is our first family puppy and and we have found weekly training sessions great to build our confidence with him and also he loves it because it's great for his socialisation. More...

we went for one2one with Cleo I was very impressed Cleo our Four year old Choc is a consistant puller I could not walk her on my own, She flew through her puppy classes years ago but never got the hang of walking without pulling over the years we have bought every harness recomended to us by trainers but to no avail you need training as well as the dog well it has worked and Cleo is now enjoying her walks and learning not to pull. She tells me she wants to go to clases to become a good citizen looking forward to the fun. More...

Jo and her team offer a fantastic service. I've have used them for dog walks, dog boarding and training. For the dog walking they are brilliant and very reliable, dogs come back lovely and tired and on seeing them get very excited as they know they are going to have fun. Dog boarding is also very good, and my dogs will just go straight in as if to say "see you later mum" and they are always great at sending pics or videos if you want to see them while you are away. Dog training is brilliant, the dogs enjoy it as do you, and it's a great way for your dog to meet other dogs as well as learning lots of useful things. I've had one dog I took from a puppy and one that I took to training when I rehomed him. I also did one to one training with Jo for both dogs to start with, it was really handy with my puppy as I could work on training before she had all her jabs so had a bit of a head start, and on my rehomed dog it meant I could start his training at home and could work on building his confidence up first. Then I took them to classes and we enjoyed learning new things together. All in all, I can't recommend them enough, whether it's training, dog walks boarding or daycare you're after, get in contact them and see how they can help. More...

My puppy Oscar has had a few group puppy training sessions here now and he loves it! It’s great for him as he gets to socialise with other dogs and it’s great for me as I learn so much! As a first time dog owner I was worried about dog training, but the team at EADT have been great. Any question I have they have helped me with and they truly care about all the dogs they meet. My dogs have been going to EADT for around three years now, both for day care and home boarding. They love it there, leaping out of the car tails wagging when we arrive. Jo and her team are friendly, flexible, and really have the dogs' best interests at heart. My old dog's confidence and social skills have improved no end, and the young brat has learned manners through the company of the other dogs. It's been a positive experience for both of them, and I can relax at work knowing that they are safe.

I recently rehomed a rescue dog who has needed extra support. Jo has been a great help to me, showing me how to best manage Bessie's needs and using positive reinforcement to gradually introduce her to scary things. Together, we have developed an action plan which means that Bessie gets consistent support both when she is with the team and when she is at home. I'm seeing improvements daily and I'm sure a great part of that is due to EADT.

I started training my corgi puppy with East Anglia Dog Training back in may '16. My dog is so well behaved and the trainers always had wonderful tips to eliminate any of those "poor new puppy behaviors".
Now that my puppy is grown up I use their dog walking services during the day. I am so great full to have found a team of people who care about my puppy as much as I do! More...

Jo, Amy and the fantastic EA team have been amazing, they are all massive dog lovers which is why I chose them almost 2 years ago. We started at puppy classes and worked our way up,
Bertie my cockapoo boards with Jo when I'm away working and has a great time hanging out with all the dog day care lot, he can even get a shampoo and blow-dry there now as well!.
I can't recommend them highly enough.

Really different way of training dogs to what I used in the past, all the techniques are reward based and much to my surprise it really works and much better than how I would have previously trained my dogs.
