Terrible service took our payment and never finished the job.
When we contacted BARK support team about the poor service we received they washed their hands of it, and did not help us recover our money

We are a couple and have been ripped off by this outfit, they started a job in March to replace a fence but after paying them in full they never returned to finish the job.
Left our garden in a total mess.
ALSO BEWARE BARK.COM HAVE BEEN MADE AWARE OF THIS AND DONE NOTHING ABOUT OUR ISSUES ,SAYING THEY ONLY RECOMMEND BUT DO NOT GUARANTEE THE TRADEMENS THEY RECOMMEND.

Terrible company, After taking full payment left my job unfinished and left the garden in a mess, old wood, rubble, and even left a wheel barrow!
After starting the work in March it is still unfinished July they will not answer emails, phone calls, etc.

Terrible company, left our job unfinished, debris left in middle of garden, took our money and only completed 1/2 the job ask for full payment to cover the cost of the materials and we have never seen them since this was in April.
They will not answer call nor emails, so be aware you have been WARNED do not use.
Now in the hands of Trading standards.

Their visit was an awful advertising for British workmen. 4 hours late for their appointment with no phone call to warn of this delay. The price quoted was for £280 which he halves for working alone, the professional who did the could not believe such prices, and did the work for £100 More...

Shame really as the work they started was high quality 5 ***** again paid in full and took our money but the fence/gate replacement project was left unfinished, a promise of a return on the 22nd April but we still wait, no contact response using email, phone, text, so sadly we have to now assume the worst that they are not returning.
So it is only for this reason that we cannot even rate this company. And will be seeking legal action through trading standards who are on the case.
Please be aware Bark.com have washed their hands of the whole affair telling us they do not guarantee the tradesmen's that they recommend shocking!!!
We have no reason to lie and pictures can be provided of the unfinished mess.

Hired these people to fit a fence, paid them in full to purchase the materials and carry out the work. They completed 80% of the job and have never returned. There has been poor communication from the beginning and now no communication at all, they continually promised to come back and finish the job but have never been back but took our money. First class service. Sam and John responded promptly. They were polite, punctual, helpful and professional in their approach and completed the job of trimming an overgrown laurel hedge and pruning a large willow most satisfactorily.

I was very disappointed by the service - although Sam was quick to respond he requested payment then did not return to finish the job. We have been been left with large tree trunks in our garden which we are unable to move and now will have to find another tree surgeon to take down the second tree. I would NOT recommend this trader.
