AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Took my dog for a routine teeth clean which they offered at around £90. Got a phone call to say they needed consent to remove a tooth and the bill would now be £143.
Agreed to this but when I turned up they demanded over £300 stating that they needed to remove more teeth. They were unable to get consent for this because they had no reply on our phones. I asked to speak to the doctor who came took me to a private office and explained that she was unable to reach us to get consent, she apologised and amended the bill and asked for £143. I paid this, thanked her and left.
I am now being chased by a horrible debt collecting agent who think they can use bullying tactics to force me to pay a bill I did not owe. A day after I paid my bill they had raised another invoice on my account to make it look as if I still owe them money! I have since called the Vets who are now saying that the doctor may have been afraid of me that is why she amended the bill and took the payment. She was so scared of me she took me into an office to be alone with me! Laughable!
They start you with a price to appear cheap and then fleece you in the end. Poor poor customer focus, it’s all about the money for these people.

was told about easy pet care Luton and they have been great gizmo is still having to see the vet due to swelling but all his bruising has gone now a week plus I have took his collar/cone off and left it off sinse Saturday night he's done so well!
Thanks to the vet at easy pet care Luton we also found out gizmo had some sort of skin infection wich I think is now better after his antibiotics all the staff here are so pleasant and always happy to help I rang up one day and got an appointment the same day for my cat tinkerbell and we had an issue of the sexing of the rabbits we purchased them understanding they was both boys yet one rabbit was always after the other. So I wanted them re sexed glad I did as I was right we had in fact got a male and female and there's being a possibility that she may be preggers

Visited easipet for the first time on Monday. Called at 9.45 requesting an emergency appointment for our cat. We were offered one at 11.
45 and as we arrived earlier, we were seen 15min earlier. It was only a simple conjunctivitis and we were given some eye drops. Doctor gace us instructions and told us there was no need to visit again of her eye cleared which, of course, saved us the cost of a second visit.
Our kitty suffered from the same condition a year ago and our normal vet (companion care vets) required us to visit them back for a discharge. They charged us double the money per visit and they gave us an extra set of drops that was only to clear the eye. It was a human medicine that would cost is £5 at the pharmacy but instead we paid £26!!!
Easipetcare is highly recommended! Good availability, excellent walk in clinics, polite staff and, of course, exceptionally reasonable fees.

I can't fault the practice at all, both my cats and my dog had been spayed and neutered there. They received great care and the communication was great too! I was told everything I needed to know about after care and was given everything I needed. Fantastic members of staff and fantastic prices. I spoke to sherry-lee on a few occasions on the phone and when I went to pick my dog Millie up and she was very helpful and made me feel reassured. she was happy to answer any questions I had and was very polite. This is the best vets to come to. They are half price in comparison to any other vets, and so caring. Ola has looked after honey so well and hoping she is going to come out to me in a wee bit feeling so much better. This is the second time we have been here and will be bringing Charlie soon too. This is a great vet, they put the pets health before profit. I paid over a £1000 to another vet when my cat had gum disease, because that vet wouldn’t remove the cats teeth. The cat suffered over two years. Olga the vet at Easipetcare was happy to remove the teeth so the cat didn’t suffer any more problems. The cat is fine and eating well now and it’s great when a vet does what is right for the cat rather than let the cat suffer for profit. More...

Today we brought one of our cats, Toby, in for vaccinations and were greeted by your wonderful receptionist - Eileen. Along with changing address details for our cat we brought along a deed poll as the cats owner - Cameron - has recently changed their name and gender marker.
Eileen recognised this was a potentially sensitive situation, dealt with the name change swiftly, professionally and respectfully, and congratulated Cameron, saying it sounded like they had something to celebrate.
This reaction to what can be a potentially difficult interaction was just wonderful, and in addition Eileen was kind enough to check if the sound of the hoover would cause difficulties for anyone before she used it (which gives the impression she is aware some people and animals can be distressed at loud noises).
What a caring, thoughtful and inclusive member of the team you have here, and we would love to nominate Eileen for Employee of the Month.
Just as a separate comment - the title options on your system unfortunately exclude non binary people, if it's at all possible to add the title Mx to the system this would be more inclusive and really helpful for some people.
