Into my second week. I've had to miss a few classes, but this is seriously so much fun. It is hugely hard work but I plan on improving my health and having a blast in a beautiful location whilst doing it!! Amazing!! Thank you Alex :-) :-)

Q&As

No two people are the same, so every client has a consultation before starting and work from there.

Ha Ha, there is no secret to getting the body of your dreams. Its just down to how much you want it and how much effort and commitment you are going to put in to achieve it. Dont get me wrong, we are all human and all love the odd glass of fizz of chocy bar so its not an all or nothing process but you have to want to achieve results in order to get them.

I love what I do and all my clients have become friends. We work hard but have fun at the same time and when someone puts in the effort and you start to see the changes thats what I love best.

I had always been into fitness however when I had my son I lost all my self confidence and what felt like my identity. I joined a local bootcamp and although it was hard at first I made great friends and found myself having more energy, feeling happier, and my confidence started to grow. I wanted to be able to do the same for others and if you enjoy something you will keep it going right? so I trained as a PT and Nutritionist and the rest is history.

Fitness is a personal journey. I encourage anyone looking for a PT or looking to join a fitness class to contact a few different professionals to find out which one you connect with. We all know the same thing but you need to feel comfortable. We are fun and friendly, no fashion shows or mirrors :-)
