My son works with casting kids and attend acting class as well and we are pleased to work with Elaine, she tries to give everyone a job but not everything depends on her but also on us. Had a ticket on Friday 15th Dec to watch the 'Jack and the Beanstalk' pantomime in Lincoln and I've got to say it was brilliant!

Peter played an excellent 'Bad-Guy' part as Crinkley Bottom, the audience totally got involved and bought into his character, booing him for 2hrs, he really act the part out well.

Peter also sang a few times and actually opened up the second part of the show with a fabulous solo with 4 backing dancers.

I honestly thought all of the cast did an amazing job, but I was so proud watching Peter in his first ever professional pantomime, absolutely brilliant! More...

Elaine is a very hardworking agent best in the business from what i've seen and heard from her clients, very professional at all times and works extrememly hard.

My daughter has been with Casting Kids for nearly a year now, in this time she has had numerous castings, both film, commercials, theatre, several paid jobs, film and been pencilled for jobs too. She has been very successful with a minimal amount of input from me, and a HUGE amount of input from Elaine. Elaine Eaglestone is very very patient, especially if you are a newbie - there is so much to learn and set up, and she helps you through the process. I've been with Elaine for the past 5 weeks and already had my first paid commercial as well as a feature film trailer role. What sets Elaine apart from other agents?

1. The team work. She believes that in order for us to succeed in this industry we have to build each other up and help each other. I love this mentality as we are a part of a very supportive team that can offer accent coaching, advice and a place to stay in the areas of your audition etc.

2. She networks WITH you. Oh yeah she doesn't just go to the networking events and do her thing... she takes you with her to do your thing too! She also let's you know of training programmes and workshops.

3. She calls you once a month and goes over how it's been for you, what you can do to improve and also how to promote yourself more.

4. She's fun, she's proactive and puts you forward for so many roles you'd think she has an office of 50 staff members!!!

Ive only just joined the agency and I can honestly say this is a completely unique experience. Elaine thinks outside the box and encourages her actors to be proactive whilst working so hard for us herself. Most of the time she sends an actor to a casting, they get it. Why? I have not been with Eaglestone Management long but I am so happy that I am with this agency now. It's a breath of fresh air to have a close working relationship with my agent. All of the actors support eachother closely like an extended family. I don't know how Elaine finds the time in the day to do so much for all her clients, she's a real grafter and passionate about her business. We have events organised regularly to network and improve our skills; next up is basic firearms training.

I have had more auditions through Eaglestone in a month than I got from my previous agent in a year. And with the jobs I have brought to the table myself, Elaine has been great at negotiating a fair deal on my behalf.

She is very direct and honest, will only put her actors forward if they are absolutely right for the role, and this integrity is gaining her the respect of top casting directors. Just today there was a casting with Nina Gold, and her clients had several auditions for Warner Bros last week. Both my children moved over to casting kids . A highly recommend agency with no hidden T&C's. I would also highly recommend the children's acting classes. ..not your average class.
