Absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism and care shown by this practise.
We have used them to treat our Labrador over the last 5 years since we moved to the area and spent a great deal of money with them.
Sadly at the age of 12 we had to have our Labrador Lottie put to sleep, we signed a contract with them arranging that she would be cremated and her ashes returned to us. We made a call a couple of days to pay the bill and confirm that they would call when her ashes were returned from the crematorium.
After waiting a week we called only to be told rather matter of factory that we couldn’t have her ashes back as she had been cremated by a company called Treasured Friends with another animal and the ashes were therefore contaminated and we couldn’t therefore have her back.
And of course no one knew how this could of happened. We do of course, it’s just they simply didn’t care enough to ensure simple processes were followed.

Been going to Eagle Vets in Minster for about 3 years after my dog needed a major knee operation and I didnt like what her vet was suggesting. We found George at Eagle vets and had full faith that he was the best man to do what needed to be done. His knowledge is second to none, he is clear, honest and very reassuring. Wouldn't take my dog to anyone or anywhere else even though I am not local. Both the minster and birchington branches are clean, professional and I highly recommend. More...

I can't fault their care for animals, my cat has a kidney problem and they wanted her to stay in for 24 hours to give IV treatment, she intact stayed in 2 days as they wanted to make sure she was properly hidrated. Their care for her and all the other animals is the best one can hope for More...
