I recently adopted my puppy from a municipal rescue animal shelter. My pup had developed an abscess from the microchip injection. The municipal clinic made two attempts to remedy the issue but were ill equipped to reduce the swelling successfully. I had concerns of the way my pup’s back looked and I called vet at 11 o’clock on a Saturday (an hour before closing time) and asked if they could see my dog and advise on what we could do to reduce the swelling. The staff not only saw my pup but performed a blood clot removal by staying over nearly three hours after closing to perform the entire operation. My dog is currently healing from it and his back looks 10x better so far. I can’t thank EaDo Veterinary Clinic enough for their above and beyond service! More...

Out of all the vets I've been to, and I've been to quite a few, Eado is by far the best! The girls at the front desk are so nice and responsive! Dr. Farmer and the vet assistants are so caring and attentive. They really take the time to address any concerns or questions you have and they give the best advice! My dog used to get UTIs and they would clear up for a while with the medicine my last vet prescribed, but they would always come back. But then we switched over to Eado and Dr. Farmer knew exactly how to clear it right up. I'm so happy to say that my dog hasn't had a UTI since then. He also knew exactly how to clear up a recurring rash my dog constantly kept getting. I'm so glad I found this vet!! More...

Dr. Farmer and his staff are amazing, compassionate and do great work. I was referred here by thrive when my cat had a horrible accident, a broken nose, broken too and bottom jaw. They were able to quickly see my cat the same day! Dr. Farmer fixed him up and was very diligent about educating me and helping with his after surgery care. He communicated promptly on email if there were ever any issues. And as a huge bonus, it was so much less expensive for everything that had to be done. I trust Dr. Farmer with my corgi child, Kooper. You can see the love Dr. Farmer has for pets, and that is so important to me. Kooper has been seeing Dr. Farmer since he was just a baby. Kooper needed surgery when he was a couple months old and not only did Dr. Farmer get the job done, but he did fantastic job. We also see Dr. Farmer for our usual check ups. Dr. Farmer has been awesome - Answering emails when he's out of town, during the weekend, after closing hours - I really couldn't be happier. Being that I work nights, it was awesome to be able to get in touch with Dr. Farmer when I needed him. EaDo is so much more affordable than my prior vet, and I believe the care is more personalized and comprehensive. There's no upselling, just pure integrity. They took care of every concern and question, and even corrected what my last vet had told me, educating on why their method was better for the health of my dog. Lab results were very timely, which is very important when you have a sick pet that needs treatment asap.My only constructive comments would be to try to improve communication with the receptionist staff. A couple times I called and they told me they would call me back, and I had to call them back right before closing times to check in before the day was over because I never got a call back, and in one instance I had to email more than once to get responses about needing bills, paperwork for insurance, etc. In this instance they didn't let me know that they had done what I had requested, so I was kind of in the dark on whether the email got read or forgotten.I am very happy to make this my permanent vet!
