Working with Drew on my fitness goals has been amazing. He is very professional in the way that he operates! Drew has been instrumental in helping me to achieve my fitness goals. His helpful and informative approach made it easy to understand the benefits and advantages of the various exercises, and his attention to detail made sure my form was correct before adding weight to certain exercises. He has also been incredibly flexible when it comes to fitting in sessions around my work schedule and adjusting the exercises to take account of any injuries. We will have an initial consultation which includes the determination of your goals and movement screening to ensure that exercises are safe to proceed with. I will then write an exercise program for you to complete under my supervision at either your home or place of work.
I will analyse your food diary in order to give you nutritional guidance and we will have monthly reviews to make sure that we are on track.
