I've seen Antonia a number of times for lower back pain and general stiffness. After just one session, I was already in far less pain than I had been - I was more flexible, my posture was better, and the improvements during week one have contributed to longer-term improvements overall.

I went to Dynamic a couple of months ago after my 12yr old son hurt his back and was told by the doctors there was nothing they could do. So I booked my son in and also myself for an assement. My son had 3 sessions with Antonia and he has been amazing ever since I have had a few more after leaving my back for so long. Antonia has been fantastic with us both and I highly recommend her to everyone! She is very friendly and honest. Me and my son actually look forward to going!
