What do you love most about your job?
I love the diversity i'm exposed to, developing leaders across such a wide range of businesses, sectors and organisational levels (Shop-floor to Top-floor).
What inspired you to start your own business?
I knew there had to be a better way of improving organisational performance than the methods I'd been exposed to and was originally taught to practice. No one was improving the market of 'Continuous Improvement', which delivered an approx. 80% failure rate globally, so I took it upon myself to lead the way.
