Had to call Ahmed twice now to help us out with an emergency, once gas and the other plumbing. Both times he fixed the problem and had us back to normal by the end of the day. The second time we tried going through our insurance company who sent a very unhelpful plumber who came up with a variety of excuses as to why he couldn't or wouldn't fix the problem and left us with the choice of leaving water to continue to gush into our property or turn off the water leaving us with no heating in winter with a baby in the house. Ahmed came later that day, fixed the leak and made sure our heating was back to normal before leaving, charging a very reasonable rate for excellent work. In future I will go straight to Ahmed! Fantastic company to deal with, I would highly recommend this company! Called Ahmed at about 2200/30 and he was round to a leaking boiler pipe within 45 minutes. He didn't just stop the leak, he put a new fitting on so as there was no need for a follow up call.This was all done remotely for a friend of mine and Ahmed kept me updated throughout.
