I went to the practice in December 2018. It had good reviews and it was local to my house . The lady I saw , Natalya , was somewhat cold in her manner but she did a good job and was professional and efficient. She persuaded me to have a test for a fungal infection which I agreed and paid for . It is now April 2019 and despite 3 attempts on the telephone I have still not had my results which means I cannot take any action if the tests prove to be positive. The people I spoke to on the phone were very sorry but no action has been taken to resolve the situation. I told Natalya that I did see podiatry as a long term treatment but she did not seem bothered and was quite happy to lose a client. The low rating reflects the bad after treatment. I went to Dulwich Podiatry a few weeks ago with two (related) foot problems that made walking painful. I was very impressed by the treatment I received: the podiatrist I saw was extremely knowledgeable, and – in the course of a half-hour session – gave me a detailed diagnosis, and specific recommendations for correcting the underlying cause of the discomfort. She also expertly removed a painful callus and dressed the sore that had formed beneath it. Almost immediately, I felt considerably better, and within a few days – by following her advice on exercise and footwear – I was (to my great relief!) walking normally again.
