I live in South Carolina and the private residence located in Port St. Lucie County required an extensive sewer and mold remediation.

From the first communication the entire project was handled in a exemplary professional manner. Joel Howard and his entire staff handled the situation as if it was their own private residence. They put my mind at ease instantly even though I was unable to see the private residence myself. Joel immediately determined that an environmental protocol would be required. Joel lined up a professional to provide this service as well and both companies coordinated together in a proficient timeline. Joel took photos upon his arrival at the property and sent them to me. I was somewhat concerned that I needed to locate and retrieve three very important items in the home for safe keeping. Joel mentioned to me that in the past client(s) have asked for jewelry to be located and he was able to locate the items and return them to the client(s). I was still somewhat apprehensive at first but I did advise Joel that three items were in the home and that they are very important to my family. One item is a family heirloom which is in fact a jewelry item. The other two items were an unlocked safe and my mother's remains that were in a box. When the remediation commenced all of the these items were found and kept for safekeeping until I was able to make a trip to Florida. I found this amazing since the property was in total chaos to put it bluntly, a hoarders nest. How cool is that. I received superb communications throughout the entire process.

The project was completed within 60 days versus 90 days even though there was a short work stoppage due to flooding that occurred in the Florida and Atlanta, Georgia. I wish to personally commend and thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for professionalism of the remediation done during a difficult time especially when I live in another state. I take great pride in recommending their services to everyone.

We had family in town for the holidays, and one of the inlaws clogged our upstairs bathroom so bad that it flooded into our living room downstairs. Thankfully, I called Josh and he was able to come out around 11:30pm the night before Easter Sunday. Sure enough we were able to have lunch the very next day thanks to their quick work and diligence in handling an emergency. Strongly recommend. More...
