This guy's van drove past my kids' primary school this morning. He didn't see me and my kids waiting at the crossing. I wondered why he didn't stop but as he went by I saw that he was on his phone, and by that I mean he was holding it low down in one hand, looking down at it (and not at the road or me/my kids) and then his thumb was moving like he was typing something.
