I’ve been with Steve for over 4 months now, having originally found and requesting a quote from him via Bark in August 2022. What initially drew me towards him was his level of expertise and experience.

Here is what I experienced with Steve in the last 4 months:

Punctuality and reliability:
Steve is rarely late for my sessions (and if he is, he tends to stay longer to make up for the time), which shows a level of professionalism and respect for my time that is rare to find within the fitness industry.

Customised workout plans:
Steve took the time to understand my specific fitness goals and created personalised workout plans which are refreshed according to my needs. He constantly adapted my workout plans according to my progress and my lifestyle (e.g., holidays, injuries or unexpected sickness).

Professional expert guidance:
Steve is highly knowledgeable and skilled in his field. He is always on-hand to offer me guidance on proper form and technique, whether during in-person sessions or via WhatsApp.

Food plan review and helpful nutrition tips:
Steve understands the important role that nutrition plays in achieving fitness goals. He reviewed my food plans frequently and provided tips to make sure I'm making healthy choices. Additionally, he is always willing to offer guidance regarding brand choices or additional supplements to get the best out of my workouts.

Really enjoying my sessions with Steve and am making making lots of progress in powerlifting,
Also I struggle with processing information so sometimes I have to be shown things a few times, but Steve is really patient and always makes sure I understand what we are doing can't recommend him enough.

My personal training service doesn't just cover the individual sessions, but also what my client's do outside of the session as well. You may only be with me in person for 1, 2 or 3 hours a week, which leaves 165 hours where you are not with me. Therefore I like to keep you accountable by staying in touch through WhatsApp, as well as monitoring your nutrition through MyFitnessPal, and workouts on Google Sheets. Consistency is they key to long term results.

As mentioned above, consistency is key. It's great doing the ultimate fat loss diet for 6 weeks. But what happens after the 6 weeks is up? The weight usually goes back on. Stay consistent, get results.

I enjoy watching my clients progress, not only in terms of body shape but also in terms of strength and confidence. Building someone up from never lifting weights and sometimes being scared of them, to being able to deadlift their bodyweight or more is awesome to be involved in.

The need to branch out from a gym chain where I'm ultimately not in charge of my business.

I have over 10 years experience in the industry, working with a wide range of clients from sports people and celebrities, to normal people wanting to work on general fitness and losing weight. I put my all into my clients, from nutrition and training programmes, through to support and guidance throughout the week. It is not just about the PT session, but the whole coaching experience.

I can provide Zoom and Online training for those too far away or unable to attend in person sessions. Zoom sessions can even be completed in your local gym. Simply download the Zoom app to your phone. You'll get all the same coaching tips and motivation, the only difference being I'm on your phone screen and not with you in person.

I provide anti viral hand sanitiser, as well as maintaining social distancing if required. Equipment is disinfected between each use.
