I had another great PT session today with Ash. Working out with him is so much more than a one-hour session. He is always there, asking how you're getting on between sessions, providing not only a tailored workout but nutrition plans as well. I'm so lucky to have Ash as my PT. When I joined Dream Fitness a few months ago after previously been a member at another local gym I am blown away by the level of support he gives. I'm naturally slim so my goals are to tone and have the best body I can possibly have for a woman 40 + I work full time so getting to the gym more than 3 x a week is sometimes not easy. Ash has provided me with nutrition plans home work out videos and exercises. With him it's not just about the hour session you have with him however often you have this. He constantly keeps in touch between sessions he's always on hand to offer advice and support inside or outside the gym. In a nutshell he listens and cares as much about me reaching my goals as I do. Pairing up with Ash has been an absolute pleasure, I struggle to emphasise how grateful I am for his help over the last 3 months as my journey to becoming a better me has progressed.
Ash doesn’t only train you, he cares for you, works around your needs and continues to develop workouts to suit your goals. The other day I let him know how grateful I am for his help, with now being able to look in the mirror and be happy with my progress and how I look.
If you get a chance to train with Ash, do it. He’s superb!
