Carefully selected and fully trained, our NRSWA (New Road & Street Works Act 1991), and Confined Space accredited supervisors and engineers allow us to repair, replace and maintain pipework in the public highway in accordance with Heath and Safety Regulations and Local Authorities Regulations.

Initially very efficient but soon went downhill. Investigative survey to quote for drainage works done very quickly at cost of almost £300. I then had to repeatedly chase for the report and quote for works losing valuable time and even then once received when I phoned to book the job in they failed to follow through - told someone would phone me back another 10 days since! So far over a month elapsed since first contact and no closer to getting drainage sorted. Left feeling this is a bit of a scam to charge rather a lot to quote for works they never intend undertaking. As the Manager of a large (100yr old+) Industrial Park we have our fair share of drainage issues, the latest being potentially very expensive, however following a survey report & recommendation by the team at Drainage Consultants we have managed to undertake extensive drain re lining works. This was done in several tenanted areas all busy places, not once did I get a complaint (which is unusual) from any Tenant.
