Shane and his team really pulled it out the bag, saving me hundreds of pounds in potential storage costs with our move from Paulton, Bristol to Weymouth, Dorset. With a sale agreed and a new home yet to be found, we faced months of painful storage cost for our 4 bedroom house, double garage, shed, trampoline and a patio full of outdoor living. As our house completion was on and off more times than a light switch, I wanted to delay the move out to storage for as long as possible. When finally the word came that our house sale could exchange and complete together within the next 7-10 days, Dragonfly removals managed to shoehorn us into their tight schedule, getting us moved out with 5 days to spare. The team managed our difficult access with ease using two vehicles. Really impressed how they managed to delicately fit what would have been 400 square feet of house into a 200 square foot space. Cannot thank Shane and the team enough for their professional, timely and friendly removal services. They accommodated our moving date change at short notice, worked like troopers all day, helping pack up some items, and even getting another lorry for some extra bits and helping remove heavy items from the loft. Upon arrival at the new property they were immediately taking boxes around the house, helping put down some rugs over some uncarpeted flooring and putting beds and other big items together. What really made us feel special was the thought and care they showed for our son, making sure the room was set up and everything was ready for him when he joined us later. Can’t thank Shane and his great Crewe for being on time consistently keep us up to date on the booking and great friendly, prompt communication. From the time they arrived Shane over saw with military precision the removal of my possessions that had been shipped from Australia with himself and the 3 other lovely workers 2 chaps and a lovely young lady they sprung into action , working tirelessly and with gusto not wasting a moment of time and making it all so easy , believe me some pieces were large and heavy and many large art works and extra large mirrors . These guys are professionals and Iam so pleased we got them to move and handle the last leg of our journey back to the uk . Jack and Connor came in and were super efficient and so helpful. We were moved with speed, care and consideration. They were friendly and in these difficult times made the whole move run smoothly.

Shane and his team arrived bang on time, protected the house with mats to avoid making a mess due to the bad weather, packed what needed packing and arranged the furniture and garage items like a Chinese puzzle, incredible, protected each item with thick blankets to avoid any damage. I met him at the new house where he unloaded the items in the same professional manner and placed them where I asked. No damage to either of the houses or the items.
