Would never visit her again. I only agreed to see her as her reviews were good. My experience was not good at all. She comes across very rude and arrogant when asking for more info before booking a consultation. My work was my good at all and some stuff was not explained to me prior to having the work done. If I had known this info then I would not have wasted my money. When trying to get this resolved, again I got rude messages and was not helpful. More...

Dr Natasha will only just say this is a fake review. But you need to realise your behaviour as you have received so many negative reviews, not all of them can be fake. You have to change your ways because it will all come out in the open and it will just get worse for you. You should know how to treat clients and know about customer service but instead all you say is ‘fake reviews’ if it was fake you wouldn't even respond in such a way that you have. I hope the best for you but you really do need to change your attitude, especially in the line of work you are in. I wont talk about my experience as you will only deny it. But the truth always comes out! People are spending money on theyre appearance and you have put them down by the way you have treated them. Not only is it just clients but your own employees have said the same thing hence why every time i have visited, i never see the same employee twice, which also says a lot. CHANGE YOUR WAYS! More...

I've been lucky enough to have had a few procedures from Dr N. She has always been completely honest and up front with what to expect from procedures and has gone over and above to follow up any appointments to see how I am and how the procedure has settled. My last procedure was PDO threads which I was pretty nervous about as they were my most invasive to date, and throughout Dr N reassured me. 3 weeks on, I'm feeling great and looking forward to the after care check next week. On a second point, since the coronavirus, Dr N has completely re vamped and changed process. Was booked in for tear trough fillers, when I saw Dr Natasha she told me I didn’t need them, I was actually so surprised I mean I thought they were a issue being a mum of 2 young children but she reassured me that I wasn’t ready for them yet and that she would tell me when the time was right. Dr natasha is an amazing doctor. I recently visited the clinic in Birstall for my Profhilo treatment . I’d been thinking of this for a while but nevertheless she explained everything clearly and put me at ease before starting the treatment . I felt very relaxed and the procedure didn’t take long to finish. I felt very comfortable during the procedure itself and felt no pain and minimal discomfort . I was given an aftercare sheet and have my review in the new year . It’s been a few day’s now after the Profhilo and I’ve had no side effects and am very happy with the affects so far. Dr natasha has an excellent chair side manner and is highly professional and I would always recommend her 100% to others . This isn’t my first procedure with Natasha I’ve had a few now including Botox, lip filler and under eye filler and I’ve always been very happy with all the treatments and cannot speak more highly of her . Dr Natasha is a true professional. She recommended the correct treatment for my needs. I had pdo threads fitted to my upper and lower lips to enhance and lift them. I went for a lip filler consultation literally weeks before my wedding. I was pleasantly greeted by the staff and DR Natasha herself. They was all very welcoming. I was advised correctly and accordingly depending on my original lip shape and size. I was told all the possible risks and the aftercare. Dr Natasha and her team could answer all my questions and concerns and talked me through what she will do. I asked for fuller lips with my bottom lip slightly bigger so it gave it a more natural look and that's exactly what i got. It was minimal-pain to pain free. I didn't like the outcome instantly and felt my lips were a bit too big however i was reassured that is it just swelling. Once the swelling had gone down by a week my lips looked amazing with no bruising. I felt so much more confident on my wedding day !!!
