As a husband and wife team we have over 20 years personal training & life coaching experience which ensures no stone is left unturned in getting you to where you want to be.

First formed as CrossTrain Fitness in 2001.

Ashley cured me of an inner ear problem that caused dizziness and vertigo. the treatment was over 2 years ago and i have not had any stmptoms following it. she has also taught me how to massage, helped me to understand myself better and be more aware of my feelings and emotions. I continue to practice all that I've learnt daily and give massages as a hobby in my free time. thank you Ash. More...

I did a mindscape session with Ashley not knowing what will come out of it. Through Ashley's guidance, my mind found my biggest weakness, self doubt. It was the core to all my other issues but I didn't know this until the session was finished. Only a couple of days after the session I was able to make decisions without asking others opinions or thinking how it would effect them unnecessarily. If I wanted to do something or book something, I just did it. I found it very liberating! I would highly recommend Ashley, she will help you in any aspect of your life you wish to change, and even if you don't know where to start, she will help you and your mind to find it. What can I say Ashley is fantastic. She makes you feel welcome and at ease and explained everything I needed to know before proceeding with my mindscape session. I can't say I wasn't slightly sceptical about it as you really don't feel like you done anything, but to be honest I really do feel it's helped me loads and I'm 100% thinking thinking of going back to see her to do some work on other areas in my life. The health and fitness industry is all about the sell, sell, sell. Six minute abs, beach body in 6 weeks, how to diet for short term results (that are never sustainable), its all about the quick fix because that is what sells.
