8. builders on site - (second invoice 33% end of build)

We have set prices -
1. virtual site visit - free service
2.as a small team of designers architects builders and makers - we match right expert with the client's job.
3. send our service prices - we have packages and prices for each job
4. submit the hired contract to be signed
5. create the design - if home staging there is a 1 off fee.
6. submit the invoice
for jobs involving builders and architects - there will be several contracts and a process that can take several months to a year plus, depending on
planning permissions and build size.

your home your style - we use a design tool to create personal spaces either in or outside
you tell us what style you like - Georgian manor house, Country Cottage, Miami Resort, Modernism, Minimalism, townhouse, English Tudor, Gothic revival and we will use this information to guide us in our colour pallet, furniture and lighting style,

Interior architecture - For people that don't want to move but want a change - we will work around your current furniture - mostly its about moving lights, changing the colour of rooms, adding storage shelving, changing flooring , changing doors, doorframes adding fireplaces, opening up rooms - (make sure you have considered planning permissions)

For commercial sites, tell us the style of food or the USP if a cafe, if a shop or retail space - tell us about your products, if you want us to design window displays we need to know about your customers or the ones you are hoping to reach - so we can analyze the sector what the customer base is interested in.
if exterior - we consider gardens an underused extra room - so we work with architects to design the site based on your needs and lifestyle -
garden parties, outdoor dining, sunbathing, water lovers, green fingers.

As we are concept designers we concentrate on bespoke design - a company has a brand so why shouldn't a home.

I get to inspire people every day, flipping though archive books and online research on instagram, the Global approach to design - mixing cultures and history to create bespoke spaces based on the clients taste and background.

I trained as a sculpture but became increasing interested in Spatial Design and created spaces that expressed the history of people who inhabited them - which lead to a master of arts in Narrative Environments - I have worked with clients with everything from budgets £800 to £120,000 -
Good Design is not about spending the most its about respecting the space and inhabitats - iether commercial or residential.

I have worked as an artist in residence for commercial architects Gensler, and have created commissions for large scale hotel installations.
Since 2010/11 I have been developing homes for the short stay market and for sale. I joined Bark mid March 2019

and advising clients for refurbishment - I have a team of builders decorators and electricians.

I create narrative spaces - a unique approach that allows the homeowner to explore their creativity through my design app -
I am an elected fellow of the Royal Society for Arts = I collaborate with artisans and have a huge network of up and coming designers and artists.
