I love Dogtopia of South Coast. The staff here is friendly and just so darn genuine. They truly care about your pet and their well being. They will talk with you about the health, habits, and or training tricks for your dog. They're amazing. And they remember your pups name 100% of the time. Unless it's a new staff member of course. My dog goes wild once he's able to identify we are close to Dogtopia. As we are walking up, he's ready to play. He licks all the girls first then he's ready to see his friends! It's so adorable. The staff is very friendly. I have had the opportunity to interact with several employees and they are down to earth and I feel good about leaving my loved one with them. I loved that I was able to take in my boys grain free food and also their toys. While I was looking around at other places they were trying to charge me for that. I also loved that when I got them back they were exhausted so I could just relax when we got home. The only downside for me was that I was told they would be put up on their Facebook page as new members of Dogtopia but they weren’t which was disappointing because I wanted to see what they were up to while they were there. My dog has separation anxiety. First day I brought him into Dogtopia, he was scared to leave me. He looked back at me repeatedly while the employees took him to the play room. The next day, when the employees took his leash from me, he walked willingly with them (even power walked a bit) and didn’t turn around to look at me even once. I’m a little hurt, but I’m beyond glad Dogtopia was so amazing to him that he was THAT ok with leaving me. Haha More...

Our pups love going to day camp, and they always come back exhausted! We love Dogtopia because the facilities are super clean and the staff loves the dogs. I have been a huge fan of Dogtopia SouthCoast since August 2015, this place is amazing and my dogs absolutely go crazy and wiggly when they hear “Dogtopia” come out of my mouth because they know they are going somewhere they love and are cared for. The manager Pam does an excellent job and I love how the staff always greets us by name. Keep up the good work! Love sending my pup here, I always know he'll be in good hands. The employees like Kadde and Dianna really love dogs and are very courteous and always take the time to listen to any needs I have for my dog.
I really trust both of them. I wouldn't let my dog stay there otherwise. Kadde, Dianna and Scarlett (might have misspelled) always make it a quick in and out experience for me too since they know I'm usually in a hurry. Best part about Dogtopia is that my dog has a hangover at the end of the day from this place. Literally he just crashes out. I know he likes it there when he isn't even excited to see me when I pick him up.
Also the manager Pam is very involved and will answer any questions I have. It legitimately seems like she wants to make the place the best doggy day care center in America. If you have any questions about how your dogs day went, or about anything really Pam will answer you and if she can't provide an answer right then, she will research it and get back to you. Pam really makes customer service a priority along with taking good care of the dogs. She'll take care of you and your pup just like the first-rate employees she has at the front desk. I haven't really met any employees in the back rooms where the dogs are, but I'd assume they're all just as good if Pam hired them. I really hope the employees in the front get paid well because they're always so nice and go above and beyond for me.
Really couldn't say anything bad about this place, I love it. I put a review on yelp that has a bit more detail if you're interested. When I was new to the area I am so glad I gave Dogtopia a try - it's the same price dog walkers charge on the apps or websites, but Dogtopia is always on your schedule and your dog will be playing with other dogs all day. Checking the webcams on my phone during the day is always fun to see my little guy wrestling and running around. Plus that doggy hangover is totally worth it for peace in the house throughout the next day. Give them a shot, you won't regret it.

They are the BEST!! My dog Bailey has been going there since she was 6 weeks old (she turned 1 years old January 27th) and she considers it her second home. She LOVES it there and is happy to come in EVERY DAY..?!! DogtopIa is SO CLEAN and the ENTIRE staff takes such good care of the dogs. The dogs are constantly stimulated by all of the different activities the staff provides for them daily. I feel Bailey and I are so blessed to have Dogtopia (South Coast) available. More...

You guys have always been awesome!!!!! I've been bringing my dog here since Aug, 2015 and I love the staff! Pam is a wonderful manager and EVERYONE else is top notch! These employees really love the dogs! And it shows a testimony to them that everytime we turn the corner on MacArthur and Harbor, Cinnabon goes nuts in the car and thinks she is coming to Dogtopia to play. She always barrels out of the car and charges their front door. I cannot think of a better, more honest recommendation except to see her in action! Really!! More...

I looked up this dog day care to place my friends dog I was dog sitting I strongly recommend Pam and Glory were amazing both made me very comfortable leaving my friends Chihuahua 8 Old month to spend the night , all I want to say it's an amazing day care they treat the dogs like kids pamper them , have fun with them.
