Until you experience, your Dogs being at Dog Boy’s you will never know the best of the Best when it comes to boarding or day care‼️ I just told the office ladies the other day that check in was smoother than a five star hotel‼️ Kennel guy met me in parking to take dogs, my dogs always are very excited going to Dog Boys You can NOT go wrong

We have had dogs our whole lives, but we've never done a training class. We wanted to start off on the best paw with our rescue pup, Rosie, so we enrolled in the Puppy Power class here. It could not have been a more positive experience. The class was taught by Whitney, an aspiring showbusiness dog trainer who always created extensive notes for us for every single class. The training environment is in a deluxe barn-style building with A/C, cozy blankets for the pups, soothing music and complimentary training clickers and even treat refills. It even smelled good inside! (I hate spaces that smell like wet/dirty dogs).We were able to bring our young boys with us -- I had called around to other trainers and found they wouldn't allow kids under about age 12. Our kids are a crucial part of our dog's training, and I was so happy they were there to hear and understand the fundamentals of dog body language and how to properly interact with a dog. They got as much out of it as she did.Rosie was a star student, and we were so proud of her achievement every week. She even won the game of "musical sits." I felt so proud of our little rescue girl, representing! At the end, all the dogs are photographed with a little graduation cap. We have lots of homework to continue to work on with her, but I'm also looking forward to enrolling her in a more advanced class and also utilizing the daycare and overnight stay options. I will update my review once we have a chance to evaluate those. With the farmlike space, I imagine we are going to continuing being very grateful to have this place in our backyard. More...

Kendrick, my 2 year old Great Dane, absolutely LOVES coming here. I would take him every day for daycare if I could but it's about a hour drive from me, I really can't say enough good things. It's the only place I have him boarded when I leave town and always have peace of mind he's not only safe, but also having a blast playing with the other pups and the friendly staff. I've purchased a 10 pack charm school package and was blown away with what a difference the 15 min trainings classes made with Kendrick and his loose leash walking, like a night and day difference. My favorite part of the charm school sessions is the progress report the email you on each one. I was beyond impressed with how detailed and in-depth their reports there, I swear I feel like I was there with all the detail and care they put into it and then it really helps me to know exactly what I should be working on at home. Our dog loves to stay at Dogboys when we're away. She is carefully grouped with other dogs with whom she has freedom and room to run and play. The staff at Dogboy's clearly loves dogs and working with them. They follow our feeding instructions, keep her safe and happy, and keep us posted on how she's doing via Facebook shout outs. Just had our dog do his evaluation day. When I went to pick him up, he was so tired, you can tell he played hard. A staff member met me and explained his whole day. Our Standard Poodle, Freddy loves Dog Boys! He's stayed over night for boarding and goes regularly for daycare. Dog boys has so much space for him to run and play and Freddy is always excited to arrive and super tired at the end of the day. Zoe, our Great Pyrenees, loves you guys! She especially likes her handlers, particularly Zac. They often have a little report on her day when she gets picked up And we really appreciate all the receptionists who make checking in and out run so smoothly. My only complaint might be some handlers can't tell me anything about what she did on some visits; perhaps a little "activity card"--many daycares do this--with a quick, short hand-written note to give the owner at day's end? Hands down...er, paws down that is, Dog Boys is simply THE BEST place to board your dog in the area. They understand the dog's behavior and mind and they treat each dog with TLC and gentleness. . you can leave the dog here and never worry as you go off on vacation. I boarded mine for three weeks for the longest period of time and have boarded repeatedly over several years. Between nap time and bedtime, weather permitting, They are outside enjoying The country air which is several degrees lower than Austin's, with other dogs of matched size and temperament. The kennels are extremely clean and she has never come home with a tick or a scratch as is the case with many other places. They not only know my dog by name, but myself as well! I started bringing my pup to here a few months ago, the location is great for us and it's truly a ranch where there isn't any busyness happening around. They did an evaluation on my pup for her first visit to see how her temperament is and how she gets along with dogs and people. She did great and we are now able to make reservations to bring her in more often. Every time we arrive and leave Noor is such a happy girl and it's so nice to bring her home tired out. Not only does it keep me from having to watch her every second, but she doesn't destroy anything because she's so tired out. Thank goodness for doogy day care here, it's saved me so much time from having to tire her out myself some days. Dogboy’s Dog Ranch is the only kennel I’d trust with my four-legged family members. They provided stellar care to my very active Labs for over a decade, and are now taking care of my completely different, only wants to be cuddled and never wants to go outside small sweet mixed breed baby. All three dogs had different needs and wants, and all three were (and are) taken care of perfectly. Our shepherd, Bastion, absolutely LOVES coming to Dogboys! He knows by the car route we take that he's going to Dogboys, and immediately gets excited as we get closer. We take him to daycare and it's a fun way for him to run around a huge field and play with other dogs. He's super tired by the end of the day, so we know that he had lots of fun! I've been boarding my dogs here for the last 13 years, as well as attended the puppy training class. The owners and staff know my babies, always recognize us when we pull up. Everyone is helpful, nice and they seem to love your babies as much as you do! Safe, clean, organized and trusted staff. The property is so big, my 100lb lab loves the hikes and pools and ponds. He's now 9yr old and spends time mentoring the puppies. I prefer boarding here than leaving with friends and family b/c I can trust DogBoy's 100%! More...

This place is fantastic. If you are looking for a place to take your dog for daycare or boarding, this is the right place. I have an Aussie puppy, Noodles, who I have going twice a week for daycare and he LOVES it here. He's crazy energetic and he gets to run around outside and play with other dogs all day while he's here to get it all of his energy out. Well, most of it anyway. He always has energy. The staff seems to like him a lot and he loves all of them. It's noticeable that, in addition to just playing with other dogs, he gets one on one attention from the staff as well at times. Someone there has been doing some basic training with him. I don't know who, but whoever it is, I appreciate it. They have a number of different training classes you and your pup can take part in. I haven't been able to take part yet, but from reading everyone's bio on their website (the staff has bios on their website) it would be a safe assumption to say that the people in charge of these classes are well learned in animal behavior and training techniques. I look forward to taking Noodles to training when I can. When I was thinking about daycare I started looking at reviews of places in the area, so this part is for any of you who are on the fence about it. Noodles 1. LOVES going here, 2. Comes home with a reasonable amount of energy so he's not bouncing off the walls or behaving poorly, and 3. has a much easier time paying attention and is a lot more responsive and well-behaved after a day of daycare here. So again, if you're looking for a doggy daycare, boarding, training, etc. definitely come here. You know you've found the right home-away-from-home when the mere mention of this place stirs excitement in your pups, when they forget to even say goodbye because they're so eager to play!
