I did the circuit training with Danielle I really enjoyed the classes .Danielle motivates you and I achieved a lot more than I thought I would.

I had a sports massage done by Danielle. I'd been struggling with a knot in my shoulder for some time and with her expertise I felt at ease and my knot had finally been releaved thanks to Danielle's work! I have recently had a few sports massages done by Danielle. She is fab! I was having problems with my legs a few weeks before my race that I was training for. Danielle's sports massages definitely helped get my legs back in shape, just in time for my race :-)
Also gives great advice & offers stretching techniques to help prevent injury again. Highly recommend..

Danielle helped me a lot, I went from super sloth to super motivated. I had 15 PT sessions with her and did the circuit training too, Danielle is so patient but pushes you at the right time too. Over a number of sessions she was able to help me go from walking in extreme pain to running with no pain. I did both the circuits class and walk to jog programme they were fantastic, I had never done circuits before and was a bit nervous but Danielle makes it fun with no 2 classes the same she motivates and pushes you to improve your fitness. I've also never been a runner so the walk to jog was perfect for me, with Danielle's help I can really tell I've improved. Danielle is amazing!!! I had a goal size to reach in 11 weeks before a trip to New York! After having 2 kids I had some baby weight to shift. She helped me achieve this. It was hard work and I am terrible at healthy eating but the exercise worked wonders!! She was dedicated to making this happen and pushed me to my limits! What's great about her is she does the sessions with you so you don't feel uncomfortable, she motivates you by doing the exercise herself which keeps you going. 5* highly recommend Danielle for any sort of exercise, weight loss or just general fitness. I still use her to just keep fit and keep the weight off.
She has also been doing sports massage for me too, this was not needed cause of the exercise, I already had issues with my back shoulders and feet and quickly this has been sorted out by her. Again, highly recommended for the sports massage.

I started working with Danielle in Oct 2016. I needed to lose weight and get fitter. My goal was to be able to run around playing football with my son without getting out of breath. I used to be very fit but had got lazy and felt embarrassed.
Having Danielle come to the house to work out, showed me what I could do with very little equipment (I've since built this up), got me fit again and really boosted my confidence.
The sessions were flexible so I could time them around work and kids.
Now I am working out regularly and have my confidence back, enjoying going to classes now too!
And yes, I can run about playing football.
I'd definitely recommend Danielle as a PT
