Competitive quote arrived promptly with a date set for doing the job. They turned up on the day, at the time promised, conducted themselves pleasantly, did the job well, cleared the debris perfectly, and presented the bill as quoted.

Was quoted for 3 jobs (grind stump down, remove small palm tree and kill stubborn weed). Only 2 jobs were completed and a massive mess was left in the back garden.
The chippings from the Stump were splintered all over the back garden and hidden under the artificial grass creating a slope and leaving a mess. It took 2 hours to sweep up the chippings and splinters, level the area and remove the chipping (6 bags full). Ryan offered a discount and to come back Friday night to clear up and finish the job, after a no show I received a email in the morning saying he couldn't make it that night and would come round that day and I told him not to bother coming around after the no show the previous night. I'd already tidied everything up and disposed of the waste so it would have been pointless apart from the final of the 3 jobs. Tree removal at the front left a mess too, Ryan took away the tree and its leaves however did not tidy the area up afterwards and the surrounding stones were flung across my neighbours garden leaving a mess.
Good prices but make sure you prep the area before they arrive and you are willing to remove the waste afterwards. If you're doing that you might as well hire the machine and do the full job yourself.

Highly recommended, great service from Discount Tree Services, really pleased with the work done, Ryan gave me a quote for cutting down a tree which was a great price, turned up to do the work on time and removed all waste, wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
