Great service. Gavin was able to win our appeal at Taylor House and get us costs. I can't thank him enough.
What do you love most about your job?
Supporting clients to achieve optimum immigration outcomes. This is a complex area of law where emotions run high. As a Direct Access Barrister, I am able to work with clients directly lowering their costs and helping them from the outset.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Intellectual curiosity and a desire to help clients overcome complex immigration problems with an innovative approach.
Why should our clients choose you?
As a Direct Access Barrister, I can work with members of the public directly cutting out the 'middle man' solicitors. This allows me to make immigration applications, assist clients claiming asylum, make further representations, make applications for judicial review and represent clients in appeals at every level of the court system.
I operate fixed fees and can work on your case from the application stage - to representation in the Tribunal or at Court.
