We’re a small catering team looking to deliver a special experience. Our services are flexible and we can handle a wide variety of events, from dinner parties to office lunches to larger gatherings.
We will create a menu to fit the event's needs and will work with you to take care of all elements including ordering rental equipment.

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We want to work with you to create the best menu possible for the event. We ask that you tell us everything about the event and what type of food and service you are looking for and we reply with a a bespoke menu with options. We're happy to speak directly to narrow down choices at that point.
What do you love most about your job?
Our favorite event to date might be a gala thrown for a small Maine summer camp at an outdoor venue in Brooklyn. We loved the opportunity to cook in the open outdoor kitchen where we prepared an Italian barbecue that included smoked Porchetta on potato rolls, baked Italian beans and a tomato salad.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We started working together when we launched a fresh pasta company in 2011. After pursuing that for several years and taking more time to train and go to school, we launched DiPrinzio Bros Catering in the summer of 2017.
