My beautiful cat nyla was unfortunately killed by a collision with a car. I was in absolute pieces when I arrived at dignity with her, the staff were so supportive, there was no rushing and it was all my choice. We lost our 4 year old Bulldog Marty unexpectedly on the evening of 14th July. We had to take him to the emergency vets and they kindly arranged for Dignity Pet Crematorium to take him the next day over to them. we received a courtesy call From Dignity Pet Crematorium the next day to say Marty was safely with them. They were so nice and understanding that we were still so shocked and upset and made it very clear there was no rush at all in making a decision on Marty’s final arrangements. The team at dignity dealt with us with genuine care and compassion when our beagle passed away suddenly a few weeks ago at home. I called Dignity and the gentleman I spoke was very friendly and allowed me to take my time as he could hear I was distraught. We opted to take our dog to the Crematorium and for a same day cremation service. Our boy was back home with us within 24 hours which was to be a real comfort at such a sad time. Our beautiful crazy psycho adorable 17 year old Yorkie, Missy, was entrusted to Dignity Pet Crematorium... your gentle and compassionate approach throughout this process has been wonderful! Thank you for taking care of our little girlie last Monday and enabling her to “travel” with us as we relocated to Chicago this week. Of course we are absolutely heartbroken, but your kindness and genuine care has been so heartfelt at a time for us which has been immensely stressful! I took my beloved Albert there to be cremated... the staff were so kind and the service professional ... Pancakes home ❤️ just want to say a massive thank you to dignity pet crematorium for looking after Mr Pancake and for being so kind and caring. To some people it’s just a hamster but he was my cuddles on my down days and a little fluffy face to wake up to and make me smile and I loved him dearly. All the staff at Dignity have been super friendly, patient and thoughtful. They even put a little flower in Pancakes urn which was lilac/purple my Nans colours. my brothers westie Alfie died today and we were able to stay with him till the end. it was so comforting to be able to do this. it's like u can say good bye properly. wish I had known about this service 3 years ago when our Labrador died. the Vet didnt tell us.they just dealt with it. One year ago today I was at Dignity with my beautiful Millie Dog. The night before I realised it was time to say goodbye to my beloved Millie. I rang my vet in the morning who gave me an appointment at 11am and I then phoned Dignity and asked if they could accommodate me as today was the day. Although I knew she was dying it happened so suddenly and I had not been able to give them any notice. I prayed for the strength to take her at 11am and hold her and tell her to have a nice sleepy and how much I loved her and always would. I prayed I would be strong and I would not cry uncontrollably, that she would not know my pain. Dignity had told me to come up later that same day and they would make all the necessary arrangements. I believe that without them I would not have had those precious moments at the end with my Millie. Those moments are irreplaceable and I treasure them alongside all the beautiful memories we made in our time together. I cannot explain how important it was to me to have given this most loyal loving dog a ‘good end’. I cannot recommend Dignity enough or explain my gratitude for they made the worst day possible, the best it could be.x More...

even though it was an emotional time yesterday, I felt that I was welcomed, given comfort, sympathy and knew my pet was very well taken care of. My family said goodbye for the last time to our beloved boy Montana here last Tuesday! The place can only be described as the stairway between heaven and earth so pretty and tranquil. as you pull in its like your in a fairytale. After the best send off anyone could ask for this place was the perfect ending for my amazing boy! The staff couldn’t be kinder and are so understanding. Nothing was too much trouble and they carried out everything that was asked of them. My other dog was allowed to come and pay her last respects to her best friend as well which was perfect. We had a card addressed to us, our little dog niyah and all the cats! Was so lovely. They cared for him and didn’t leave his side until i picked him up a few hours later.
