Appalling. Fitted aerial on 31 May 2016. It crashed down on 23 December 2016. Discovered it had only been attached to a quarter inch upvc fascia. Fascia broke away. Mr M&S tried to get me to believe it was because of high winds. I wanted fascia replacing but he just rescrewed the aerial and did a runner. Going to get a professional to look at his work and get fascia replaced and send him the bills. His attitude was terrible. Keep away pay a bit more and get a professional job done xx More...
