So my asus laptop starts failing, and I simply made a call. Within 2 mins of explaining the issue a diagnosis was given.
Then after the diag, there were small set of instructions and things to confirm.
So I go purchase the replacement part and follow instructions to install it and then get my laptop back up.
All of this happened remotely from the U.K. To the USA. Service was knowledgeable and quick, haven't had a problem since, and if I do just let him remote in and take a look!!
5 star service will use again!!

My laptop died and I found Andrew on Facebook.
Sadly it could not be repaired.
Andrew salvaged all of my data and saved it to a portable device and sourced me a replacement laptop all with 5 days.
He picks up and drops off replacement and ensures you are 100% happy and have ongoing support anytime you need him.

My computer died and I had to have it resurrected, because I need to use it. Found Andrew on Facebook who would pick it up or I could take it to him. Arranged to take it him and low and behold my computer is running again with no problems. It wouldn't even come on before he looked at it.
