Input of new customer information details accurately i.e. name ,address, date of birth, verification of customer address. Working within customer database to check previous customer records and making necessary amendments/deletions. Saving information correctly.
Working within catalogue stock database to add/check/amend entries for reservation for customers and to keep catalogue up to date.
Recording of daily information using spread sheets for statistical purposes e.g. visitor numbers each day/visitor inquiries dealt with by staff and customer satisfaction. Recording of newspaper deliveries etc re a Library environment.
