From my first enquiry which was responded to within 5 minutes to delivery of a bespoke ring (my request was for different gold colours, width and weight) I was kept informed every step of the way.

Well, what can I say that hasn't already been said already?
Now around three months ago I booked to goto New York for our anniversary than with about 8weeks to go until we left I decided it would be a great idea to get engaged while we was out there, I wasn't organised at all it was very spontaneous but I knew what ring I wanted and that's when I found Pritesh and Diamond Boutique.

I have never really made such a expensive purchase like this before, so I must admit at first I was nervous as I was hesitant about exchanging such a large amount of money without seeing the ring in person first.
But those worries quickly left me as I was literally gobsmacked with the service I received from Pritesh.

When we spoke on the phone, I could hear Pritesh's passion and excitement shine through every call, this was a man who loved designing and creating beautiful pieces of jewellery and the level of detail he went into I could have sat there and spoke to him all day about it and I got the impression so could he!
I knew the moment I spoke to him on the phone I found the right person to be part of such a special event in our life.

Everything was made so easy, and I was a nightmare of a customer really because I really didn't give Pritesh much time to create such a beautiful ring for us, but he agreed to the deadline (8weeks) although it was so tight and he delivered 2days early than we expected.

All the way through the process I was regularly updated and I felt completely at ease throughout because whenever I had any questions the level of detail Pritesh would go into and he always would reply to emails promptly it simply blew me away, he gave me options and from start to finish was a absolute joy to work with.

I can't thank Pritesh and all the staff at Diamond Boutique enough for all your hard work and for delivering such a beautiful engagement ring, when I met Pritesh in London because of the tight deadline I sat down and told him I just couldn't believe this ring was mine, it exceeded my expectations and even now I know it sounds silly but I love to just look at it because it's just stunning.

We will definitely be back for the wedding rings, and all I can say is you will not be disappointed.

I really hope one day when you think of getting any engagement rings or any bespoke jewellery everybody will think of Diamond Boutique, they really do deserve all the success which comes there way and I can't wait to watch them grow and really wish Pritesh and all his team all the best for the future and that they get the recognition and awards they deserve.
