I first came to Pro dental in September 2019 for a full mouth implant consultation as I see their great reviews and the patient advisors was very informative on booking . I have been very down about my smile and had 0 confidence. I was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect regarding treatment needed, outcome, pricing etc. I see Dr Goma who went through all my treatment options with me in detail and made me feel at ease, I then see Nikki who helped me with affordable payment plan options tailored to my current financial situation, she also helped me understand what to expect and went through my treatment plans thoroughly giving me a better understanding of the next steps. I was given a pack that had all information about the procedure, steps, consent forms, aftercare and pro dentals guarantee and insurance plans, leaving me with plenty of time to read it thoughly and ask question if needed. I felt so happy with everything I choose to go ahead with teeth in day both top and bottom jaw. Nikki organised all of my appointments for me and Gave me her direct contact number so I could contact her at any time, night or day and she always got back to me. I was so scare about having the same day teeth surgery, I was calling Nicki for reassurance. She reassured me that I was in safe hands, answering any questions I had and that Pro dental handle big cases like myself every day. The surgery day came and the clinic offered a car to collect me and take me home which I thought was amazing as I was extremely nervous and did not want to use public transport. I arrived to the clinic on my surgery day so scared, The Doctor relaxed me with sedation and I feel asleep during the surgery. When I woke up I felt fine and was so happy with my new teeth and I didn’t feel pain like I thought I would. Completely exceeded my expectations, Dr Goma was amazing. My daughter was at the clinic with me, she went and done some shopping at oxford street for the day whilst I was undergoing my surgery and the clinic called her to let her know I had finished my surgery. The car was waiting for me outside to take me and my daughter home. The next day I felt fine, the clinic gave me a prescription to get antibiotics and painkillers which worked fine, I didn’t need any more. The clinic also gave me a courtesy call the next day to see how I was feeling and booked me a review appointment with the doctor 2 weeks later. I love my new smile and cannot thank Pro Dental enough for amazing smile transformation. Highly recommend this efficient friendly, compassionate and professional clinic ! Arrived in Puerto del Carmen on the first day of our holiday with my sister who developed severe toothache. I Sent email to clinic from website as it was after six and Ian the practice manager got straight back me with emergency appointment for next day. Basically I was looking for a clinic that would really understand my fears and just how nervous a patient I am and after lots of research and consulting with various clinics I decided to go with pro dental and it was the best decision I could have made. The results of the bone grafting and implants are amazing and have changed my life so much for the better. It was a lot of work that I was having done and took several appointments which pro dental went above and beyond to make every appointment as convenient to me as possible.. Dr goma is amazing at his work .. he is very honest and straight forward very reassuring throughout and he really did put my mind at ease. Nikki and her team were so supportive and beside me keeping me calm whilst work was being done although I was sedated for the majority of the work i was still very anxious but with the help of all the staff at pro dental they got me through it. I’m not the easiest of patients and I don’t react very well to any sort of anaesthetic but Nikki gave me her personal number that I could contact her on 24/7 for support.
