I went to see Barbara as I was having major self-confidence issues, it was causing me real problems with anxiety and I felt like I wasn't really living life. Barbara is really easy to talk to and I felt comfortable opening up about my problems. Barbara is undoubtedly a master at what she does. I've had 4 sessions now each for different reasons and each time she managed to fix the issue on the very first session. Most therapists try to keep you coming back by not actually fixing the issue hoping you will keep paying to give it another go. not Barbara, she keeps me coming back because she fixes each issue I present her with. As a result of Barbara I passed my driving test the first time, overcame my fear of public speaking, dealt with my insomnia and sorted my low self image which was destroying my business and social life.
