I had Ben a few weeks ago - he was excellent. I will certainly be seeing him again

Whilst impeccably clean the massage fails to live up to the claims on the website. This was my second visit, the first with Alexandro was ok the latest with Ben was very poor. Clearly inexperienced I doubt he is a qualified masseur, in fact he admitted it was only his second solo massage. Also did not receive the full hour paid for. At £80 for an hour not good enough. I will not return and definitely won't be recommended. More...

Ben is young & new to the company & unfortunately this customer made Ben feel very uncomfortable. The customer also turned up very late which is why he wasn't able to receive the full hour. Ben has done several 4 hands massages and a couple of solo massages with us so far and several of those clients have rebooked him already. Finding the right masseur is a very individual and personal thing, which is why we have several very different masseurs to cater for various clients needs.
