Peter is a fantastic craftsman and takes the time to talk you through the options and fabrics that might work best. We heard about Be Seated following a trip to our hairdresser in Leith where we saw and sat on a very classy sofa.
We inherited a Parker Knoll sofa and we wanted to bring it up to date and so we took it to Be Seated.
We met Peter who was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic in helping us to decide what to do with our sofa.
Peters expertise and skill in reupholstering our sofa has made us extremely happy. It made us so happy we bought a Danish armchair from him! We have recommended Be Seated to all of our friends! I visited Be Seated with my favourite Afghan camel saddle bag I bought in Kabul some years ago. Moths had got it, but a specialist restorer had managed to salvage the best parts and treat it. Real craftsmanship and everything done by hand the old fashioned way. Very thoughtful range of fabrics and materials, with clever use of colour and pattern. What’s your interior design process?
Prices start from as little as £800 for a 1 bedroom property. Please contact us and we will be happy to set up a free consultation and offer a detailed quotation for your project.
We provide a full project management service, from ordering goods to appointing trades. This is charged at £50 per hour. Terms & Conditions Apply.
We provide the client with a design file, collating floor plans and images for the interior design of their property. In addition to this, we supply all prices and contact details, so the client can buy furniture/items and project manage themselves.
We work with letting agencies, who will take care of the maintenance and handovers for your property.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
We can provide any style a client is after, but we will also advise on what, in our experience, works and sells. Buy to let property design is a different type of residential/commercial interior design and we are happy to advise on how to maximise your letting potential.

As experience designers we decided to focus on the buy to let sector.
