Not sure why their phones don't work, very frustrating. It rings and goes to voicemail but even after many calls no one picks up. But Randy called me back and was very helpful so I really appreciated that. Me and my hubby came for NYE for the first time. It's a great environment with yummy food (i got the steak nachos ) and great music. I was able to reserve a high top table but was disappointed when I arrived they said they moved my table to a low one. Once we got seated our server David greeted us immediately and said he will be right back. Before he came back another lady (owner?) asked us if we've been helped yet. So that's really impressive even some regular dine in restaurants take forever to acknowledge. The down side was like others had stated, the music was sooooooo loud. I understand having to speak loud but we literally had to yell at each other to hear. We were one of the younger ones there (I'm 25, hubby 29). Majority of the crowd was probably early 30s late 40s but I liked that this place had a good mix of ages n races n everyone was having a great time. More...

Shoutouts to Decades Bar along with their awesome staff. My bestfriend got engaged and I decided to have her suprise engagement party here. They accomodated us so well. Kiara, our server, gave us exceptional service. Leo, the security guard, did not ruin the surprise when the couple walked in. He was very approachable and communicated with me every step of the way. My nerves were crazy because I wanted everything to go well for her and it really did. Everybody that helped out whoever I didnt shout out thank you so so much. Came here a few weeks back with some girlfriends and we absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere was fun, with a dj playing a various amount of music genres, from old school rock to hip-hop to slow jams, many of which had us girls saying, "Ohhhh that's my jam" lol so many of them were. There was also a live band performing and they did a great job, but I definetly enjoyed when the dj would have his turn playing some jams. The food was delicious, not one thing that we didn't enjoy. My favorites were the nachos and the spinach artichoke dip was just great. I didn't get the chance to take a pic of the dip because a friend of mine was quick to put that next to themself and dig away at it lol but trust it was good. Truly got to taste the spinach and artichoke inside the dip and the chips Lord the chips (eyes rolling in the back of my head) were delicious. Wonderful place! It has a parking garage and some street parking for easy access. I loved the decor - lots of show biz murals liven up the atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming. And they boast a terrific stage with some of the best lights and sound I've ever seen that showcases some terrific live entertainment. Can't wait to go back! Thank you Decades! More...

This is such a fun little bar! We went here to watch some girl rockers that we follow, and we had so much fun! The walls are decked out in 80's and 90's artists, and they have an indoor and outdoor area. When the girl rockers took a break, there was a great dj that played era music with synchronized videos on the TVs around the place. Not a super big place, but plenty of room for dancing. There was a cover charge of 10 bucks each, and plenty of food and drinks to choose from. We enjoyed our night out in a really fun part of Anaheim!!! More...

Location: Located in the Anaheim Promenade. Limited parking on the street that is free, otherwise several parking structures available. Thought they were a bit pricey. I parked in a structure for 2.5 hours and was charged $12. Not sure if Decades validates-- I forgot to ask but would definitely give it a shot!Venue: Pretty spacious and very lively any given night. I dined 10/25/19 around 7:30pm and they were charging $15 cover. I was like whattttt, just to eat? The hostess was like, "oh your just here for food?" I am thinking, I am post workout in gym clothes-- do I look like I am here to party? lol so she said I can only sit on the patio which was totally fine with me. The patio is huge and it was nice during the evening. Food: I came with my girlfriend who is vegan so this spot was a win for her because there was several vegan and vegetarian options. I also thought the menu was decently priced and drinks were average. Wine was $7 a glass, cocktails were $12. They also offered fishbowls for $26. Obviously, this is a great place to get drinks and listen to some music. The food was good but nothing that blew me away. I got the "beastie boys wrap" for $10 and added chicken for $2. The wrap was sooo dry. I wish some type of sauce was drizzled in it or accompanied the wrap. Otherwise, sides are extra. I thought $6 for a side of fries was obnoxious-- however, my friend got a side of tater tots, same price and they were huge. So I recommend skipping on the fries and getting a different side, more bang for your buck.Service: Our waitress was sweet and she had great recommendations for drinks. I thought her service got a little shotty towards the end. Took forever to get our check but I guess more so a turn around for the club area. Ok seriously you must check out this place! Not only is the chef amazing but so is the ambience !!! The menu is amazing from appetizers to entrees to VEGAN options! !! everything I tried was great!!! Did I mention the excellent service if you are like me and a true lover of 80s music and have tried other Yucky run down places this is going to be a delight and a wonderful surprise. It is well kept , impeccably clean in a great Part of town with really close parking. The music is fantastic and the drinks are on point. This is a great 80's and 90's bar. Super cute place for reunions , birthday parties or just a fun night out. Great music live bands and Dj's. Lexus the manager was great taking care of everyone making sure everything was on point. The food and drinks were yummy loved the spinach dip and jalapeño poppers. My favorite was the huge outside patio we could hear the band but still talk . It's on a really cute nice street strung with lights. This place is fantastic! Great bands, good food, and the best bar service. Had an excellent time - enjoyed the throwback music and full 80's/90's vibe. The sweet & spicy Brenda at the bar kept our glasses full and had us howling with laughter. Honestly a great night out all around. This is a great place for a girls night or date night. Had an amazing experience performing at this venue!! Munish was very accommodating and generous. He and all the staff there work incredibly hard! The cocktails are delicious and the food is AMAZING. Seriously you have to try their spinach and artichoke dip. And the burger patty was so juicy and perfectly seasoned!! A friend recommended Decades to me. First off the street it's located on is a hidden gem, I had no idea the area was so exciting! The restaurant is a great place for a group or date night! I went during the week and there was live band during dinner. The dance floor is awesome and the DJ kept the party going and the patio was a nice, well lit area to relax. I celebrated my 40th birthday at Decades recently. Lexus (business partner) was SO helpful planning everything for the day of the event. She seriously went above and beyond to make sure all details were in place for my special day. The first time I met her she was super friendly and down to earth. Made great recommendations/suggestions. We exchanged numbers, she said text me with any questions, any time of day. That same night I was texting her with additional questions and she was responding immediately! Made great recommendations on preferred vendors (i.e. photo booth vendor, ballon arch, in-house cupcakes). Any time I had questions, I reached out and received a response within the hour. The day of the event she constantly checked in with us to make sure everything was going smooth. I wish I could speak on the food, but quite honestly I had a drink in hand all night and was enjoying my special day! But everyone told me after the event that the food was really good. I forgot to bring a cupcake stand, Lexus went inside and brought out her own cupcake dishes to set out my cupcakes (SO sweet of her)!! If you're looking for a fun night out stop by Decades! We happened to stop by on a night that was promoted as 80s/90s but it happened to be events, we got in during happy hour and still got taken care of! The atmosphere is really fun - live music or DJ with popular music. The bartenders are really attentive, if you happen to be taken care of by Brenda then appreciate her! I had a blast! Recently I attended a high school reunion that was held here class of 1989, honestly I could not think of a better venue for this event and I can imagine a great place to come for a night our and the food is good enough and the outdoor patio is comfortable enough to come back for a mid week lunch or dinner. The bar had all of our standards and could make what you wanted, the beer list was pretty standard, but good enough for most. but I was actually pretty impressed with the food. For an omni spot they had a pretty decent Vegan and Vegetarian menu. I had the vegan lettuce wraps, these were made up of mushrooms, broccoli, and carrots in an Asian style sauce. I would have enjoyed a little more heat, but they were very good. Other options included a cauliflower civiche and edamame 2 ways. I will be going back to try the civiche soon. Went to the first Sunday Brunch Drag Show for a birthday party yesterday, and had an amazing time. Had a few small minor kinks, which was to be expected for the first show, but all concerns were addressed and remedied.
