I came to try out hypnotherapy to stop smoking, I had stopped cigarettes 10 weeks prior, and then it became apparent I had an addiction to my e-cigarette, which I wanted to get rid of too. I came for one session of the stop smoking, which was very relaxing and I felt at ease. I remember thinking part way through, is this actually going to work? I went and got into my car (which is the main time I smoke) and looked at my e-cigarette, and thought, no just ignore it, since that point I haven't thought about smoking in any way shape or form, I can honestly say I was never too sure about this but wanted to give it a go anyway, and the results are phenomenal, I would definitely recommend that anyone who wants to stop smoking gives this ago, within a few hours of the session I received some quite stressful news, and never even thought of smoking!
