Dear Day Photography is truly WONDERFUL! Over the past year Courtney has been pivotal in capturing some of our families "dearest" moments. From a gender reveal party of our fourth child, maternity session, delivery room photos, she has captured timeless memories of our family. We recently used Day Photography for two major events in our life. The birth of our second son and our first fall family pictures as a family of four. We loved her interaction with the kids and her creative idea for detail. She took her time with us in both photo sessions which made "natural Smiles" easier and not forced. With our newborn hospital session I hardly remember her in the room taking pictures, she took some amazing candid photos that I will cherish forever! I was lucky enough to just happen upon Dear Day Photography in a Facebook search. I didn't realize how lucky I really was! I got to be Courtney's first full wedding shoot and she was absolutely amazing!!! Our personalities and styles clicked immediately and it was so fun meeting to discuss all of the photos we each thought would be perfect for my wedding vision!! Courtney is amazing! I had seen her work through a mutual friend and noticed she is as obsessed with sunsets as much as I was, so I just knew she had to be our photographer!
We had an hour long maternity session with Courtney. She made us feel so comfortable as my husband and I do not consider ourselves overly photogenic. She posed us but at the same time allowed us to be natural, which made for some great photos! Courtney was also very flexible with date of shoot, location and all other details. Communication with Courtney was also very timely, she always responded in the same day to any question I had. And the turnaround with photos was quick as well! Which I liked as I was excited to see how they turned out. Courtney truly loves what she does and it shows in her work and work ethic!
