This man took us from despair to jubilation! With a functionality of 1% on our hard drive, the data seemed unsalvageable. Ronnie found it, replaced the HD with a SSD, load our data and set up everything, and sold us an excellent used laptop on top of that . I like that he clearly explained the process and price when I dropped off our tower desktop unit for repairs. He followed through on everything, his prices are reasonable — and well worth it — and his skills and persistence got us up and running. Thank you, Ronnie! Dragos is a huge find for anyone with computer issues. He is hands down one of the most helpful, polite and generous (with his time and wisdom) professionals around.
He's brilliant at looking at a problem from different angles and offering solutions for each angle. He's also highly intuitative when it comes to computers - you can tell his experience has seen him sort a wide variety of problems out - on every level - so you're in safe pair of hands!
He's also extremely fair in his costing and pricing!
