DB wedding cars did the transport for my Wedding. They were a fantastic company to deal with. Their service was unbelievably good with all of the staff being so caring, calming and kind. Even an issue with our lovely english weather flooding the roads and blowing ribbons into the wipers was not enough to deter them with a member of staff performing a 2 hour round trip during the service to redecorate the car for us.Fantastic. An amazing service from David. After meeting David at a wedding event back in January, I contacted him to assist in driving my elderly grandfather to my brother's graduation. David kept in touch throughout the process, and was incredibly efficient when booking. On the day, he arrived early (after keeping me informed of their whereabouts throughout), and stayed with my grandfather until they were able to be met by my brother, something which really went above and beyond. Great feedback from Granddad, and meant we had an amazing day celebrating my brother's graduation. Thank you to Dave for a complete hassle free trip. Communication excellent from booking. He arrived early to give us peace of mind we would not be late and throughout the journey we were kept up to date on arrival times as well as being looked after by asking us as the client when a rest break suited. Relaxing drive with a good balance of conversation with us but privacy too. Calm and patient during busy periods on the roads which meant we had no hassle to worry about at all. Car very clean and comfortable with little extras like water to hand. Excellent service, we would not hesitate to use again and 100% recommend using this service to others. We booked with DB Travel in January this year for our wedding in April and have to say, what an absolute pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend DB wedding cars. They were so easy to book through and when we first met them to go and see the cars, the team were so friendly. Recently booked Dave / DB Executive Travel for a short, but wonderful trip to Lacock in The Cotswolds. Dave was recommended by the staff at The Manor House Hotel in Castle Combe. My husband and I wanted to visit Lacock after checking out of our hotel but before our train departed in the afternoon. Dave was very pleasant, punctual, super professional, and took very good care of us. We only had a few hours in Lacock but we wanted to make the most of it, so thank goodness for Dave. We enjoyed our visit to the abbey and the village, and we also enjoyed his company. He was so nice and also very accommodating - he had lovely travel gift bags with helpful things like tissues, an eye mask, a snack bar, bottled water, etc. We definitely want to hire him again when we visit again in the future. THANK YOU! We hired DB wedding cars for our wedding on Saturday and were SO impressed. We had an email the week before the wedding to confirm that the drivers had done a test drive to confirm the route and times. On the day, the cars were nice and early (but just left us to it whilst we finished getting ready). The drivers were so friendly and helpful - we even had water, mints and a small snack! We had picked purple ribbons to match our colour scheme, and loved that the drivers also had purple bow ties! From the moment we made our booking until we arrived back home, we were treated so well with little added extras to make our journey just a bit more special. Brilliant service the whole family enjoyed the journey-kids included! We were running late but no pressure was put on us to hurry, we'd even realised we'd forgotten something a mile into the journey & Dave happily turned round & we went back home & got it. We stopped en-route at the services too for a convenience stop, again no pressure was put on us regarding time. We also loved the extra touches of the goody bags, & the fab selection of latest magazines. Dave offers a professional but very friendly service with every attention to detail. I recently used the services of DB Executive Travel for a return transfer from Wiltshire to London Heathrow Airport. Due to the long haul destination I was visiting for business I knew I would be Jet-Lagged upon my return and thus wanted to have a driver, to ensure my safe return. Dave contacted me straight away after the initial enquiry and provided a detailed quote. Happy to accept we got the dates in the diary and the communication by Dave in the lead up to the outbound trip was superb. Dave and the car were immaculate on the day. The journey was so comfortable and there were some lovely extra touches provided for the journey, including my favourite newspaper and a selection of magazines. Dave kept me updated on our ETA and took care of all doors and luggage. The return journey into Terminal 5 was not so smooth for me, as a certain airline had misplaced my luggage, and I had to keep Dave waiting in Arrivals whilst the necessary paperwork was completed. This was no trouble at all and there he was looking immaculate, smiling and offered a warm welcome back to the UK! The drive back home was very relaxing and comfortable and stopping on route for some much needed essentials was no bother at all. If you want a company that prides themselves on outstanding customer service, professionalism and safety then look no further than DB Executive Travel. We would highly recommend DB Executive Travel & Wedding Cars. Dave was excellent. He drove us on our wedding day and to and from Heathrow for our honeymoon. He has thought through the tiniest details, such as having a mirror, tissues and mints for the bride, offering water and snacks during any journey, and even providing travel packs for the airplane. He was always on time and willing to collect us whenever was most convenient, even when it was 1.00am the night of the wedding or 5.55am from Heathrow. David was the consummate professional, arriving early for collection and pick up, greeting us with warmth and generosity. We were provided with executive travel bags, water and snack bars for the outbound and the return journey . On our return David met us in arrivals with a pre-ordered hot drink, wearing his chauffeur outfit which made us feel very special...for that moment experiencing the VIP treatment!
